The room received was different from the one booked, appearing old, dirty, with non-functional TV and poor Wi-Fi. Yet, after a delayed response, the room was finally changed by 2 pm, albeit too late. The service was uncooperative, demanding more money than initially indicated when booking online and lacking proper communication skills. The location, despite being near helpful amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, and gift stores, suffered from being overly crowded. Post-checkout assistance was appreciated, but the overall service was lacking. The dining experience was subpar and not complimentary, although the grilled fish was a highlight.
